The safety switches
Fast should never mean sloppy. These rules run on every single send. It's automated sales follow-up with your judgment baked in.
Set them once. Ervona obeys them on every record, every run.
How fast it goes
- Batch limit: how many leads one Start button press works through.
- Delay between sends: a random pause in the range you set (say, 5–15 seconds), so your outreach has a human rhythm. Your numbers are the law; Ervona adds nothing on top.
- Stop at: an optional quitting time. Batch ends itself at 5:00 if you say so.
What keeps you safe
- Dry run: the test mode. Fills in everything, never presses Send. Always use it on a new template or a fresh mapping.
- Confirm each record: want a final look? Ervona shows you each email and waits for your OK.
- Never email the same person twice: anyone contacted in the last 14 days (your number) gets skipped automatically. Works across every computer you use.
- Name guard: no real first name on the record? Skipped. You'll never send "Hi ;-,".
- Respect opt-outs: anyone marked "don't contact" or "opted out" in your CRM is never emailed. Leave this one on.
Every skip is explained. The activity log tells you exactly why a lead was passed over. No mystery gaps in your list.
