Three people. One account. Clean numbers.
Solo and Growth are built for one person. Scale includes 3 seats: three computers signed in and working at the same time, all on your one CRM. Profiles keep each person's work separate.
Setting up profiles: the account owner runs the show
- In the extension: Settings → Account → Profiles. The account owner adds up to 3, one per person. Every add, rename, or removal is confirmed with a 6-digit code emailed to the account's address on file. No code, no change. Only the person who controls that inbox can touch the lineup.
- From then on, sign-in shows the picker. Everyone taps their own name.
- Every send is tagged with the name that sent it, and your report gets a By profile table showing each person's numbers.
PINs (optional)
Each person sets their own PIN, 6 digits or more, from the same Profiles screen. With a PIN on, picking that profile asks for the code first, so a teammate can't accidentally (or "accidentally") work under your name and mess up your numbers. Changing your PIN means typing your current one first.
Forgot a PIN? Nobody can look it up, not even the account owner. PINs are stored scrambled, with no "show PIN" anywhere. Instead, the picker's "Forgot PIN?" link emails a one-time reset code to the account owner; entering it clears the PIN so the rep can set a fresh one.
Straight talk: the PIN protects your profile, not the account. The account password and two-factor sign-in are the real locks, and the owner's email is the key to profile changes, so guard that inbox accordingly.
What happens on computer #4
- Signing in on a 4th computer bumps the account's oldest seat off.
- That bumped computer pauses everything. Mid-batch runs stop within a few records, and its popup shows "Seat limit reached" with a button to take the seat back.
- Need seats for a bigger team? Enterprise is more than 3: a seat for every rep.
Everyone shares the setup. All three seats use the same CRM, the same mapping, the same templates. Set it up once; the whole team's ready.
