The text and the paper trail

Email plus a text gets answered more than email alone. And a note on every record means the next person who opens it knows exactly what happened. Ervona does both, automatically, on every pass.

Texting (Growth & Scale)

1. Write your text message in the template. It personalizes just like email.
2. In the popup, pick Email + Text (or Text only) as your channel.
3. Ervona uses the texting tool that's already in your CRM: opens it, types the message, sends, moves on.

It finds your texting tool on its own. If your setup is unusual, turn on the Texting module at ervona.ai/settings → CRM and show it the buttons once (~20 seconds). After that it's rock solid.

Notes

With notes on, every pass writes a short note on the record: what was emailed, what was texted, when. Open any lead and the story is right there. Same deal as texting: works on its own, and you can map it once for extra reliability.

Fixing one piece

Each record type shows its own mapped/unmapped state on the settings CRM tab, with a red × to redo just that one. Nothing else moves.
