Ervona Desk carries a 30-day guarantee. Work 100 real sends and land not one warm reply in that window, and your first month is refunded, automatically, no form to fill out.

How it's measured
- The clock starts the day your first Desk campaign goes live. That's your one 30-day window, not a rolling one.
- Ervona counts every real email the Desk actually sent in that window. Hand-sent mail and Chrome-extension sends don't count toward the 100, since this guarantee is about the Desk's own work.
- Ervona also watches for a warm reply: someone who actually shows interest. An out-of-office, an unsubscribe, or silence doesn't count against you either way.
- At the 30-day mark: 100+ real sends and zero warm replies means you qualify. Anything else, you don't, this time.
What happens if you qualify
This is checked automatically, every day, not something you have to notice or request. If your account qualifies, your first month's plan fee is refunded (add-on personas aren't included; on annual billing, it's one month's worth). You'll hear from us, you never need to file anything, though you're always welcome to email support@ervona.ai and ask where things stand.
One shot, not a subscription perk. The guarantee runs once per account, on your first 30 days. It's there to prove the Desk works for you, not to reset every billing period.
Good to know
- It only applies to Ervona Desk. The extension plans (Free, Solo, Growth) aren't covered, since you're the one sending on those.
- It's per account, measuring your Desk's total output, not per campaign or per persona.
