How it will work
- Your IT says yes, once. They add a couple of DNS records we provide. That step is the point: it proves the company approved a sender on its domain. No lone rep can set this up without IT.
- We provision the desk. A fresh mailbox (like desk@yourcompany.com) with its own persona, a named assistant working "the SDR desk."
- It works the quiet hours. Nurtures leads that went cold. Answers inbound questions. Hands anything warm to a real person on your team, with the full thread.
The ground rules
- The desk never impersonates a person on your team. It works as the company.
- Everything it sends and receives is visible to you.
- Hot conversations go to humans. The desk's job is coverage, not closing.
