Ervona Reply: your inbound answering desk
Outreach earns replies, and replies need answers fast, even when you're in back-to-backs. Reply is the next Ervona teammate: it reads what comes into your inbox and drafts the answer for you. It's not live yet. Here's what it will look like, so you know what's coming.

How it will work
- Connect your mailbox. A secure sign-in with your email provider. Ervona never sees your password.
- Name your assistant. Replies are signed by a named assistant (say, "Ava"), a consistent voice your leads get to know.
- Approve or autopilot. Day to day, answers land as drafts you approve with one click. Heading out? Flip to auto-send and it answers while you're away.
On Scale: a mailbox for every profile
- Each of the 3 profiles connects their own mailbox: Jordan's replies come from Jordan's address, Maya's from Maya's.
- Replies are counted by the mailbox. An answer that lands in Jordan's inbox counts to Jordan, in the reply matching and in the By profile report, so three people never blur into one number.
What it knows
The assistant is grounded in your business profile: what you sell, your links, your tone from your templates. It answers real questions ("is the application still open?") and flags the conversations that need a human.
