Measuring campaigns you send elsewhere

Salesforce and Pardot can tell you a sequence sent. Neither can tell you how many people actually wrote back — Pardot has no reply data at all, and Salesforce only sees one if you log it by hand. Point Ervona at the Salesforce Campaign and it watches a mailbox for the real replies instead.

Salesforce and Pardot only. This reads a Salesforce Campaign's membership, so it needs Salesforce connected under Your CRM — one CRM per account, so it is unavailable on a HubSpot-connected account. If that's you, HubSpot already shows its own send and reply counts for anything it sent; there is nothing to link here.

What it does

Ervona never sends anything through this path — the campaign keeps running exactly where it already runs. It reads who a Salesforce Campaign mailed (the CampaignMember list) and watches a connected mailbox for genuine replies from those addresses, then reports delivered, replied, and the real reply rate under Campaigns → Campaigns you send somewhere else.

Turning it on

  1. Connect Salesforce under Your CRM, if it isn't already.
  2. Connect the mailbox the sequence's replies actually land in, under Mailboxes & texting. Ervona can only watch a mailbox it has access to.
  3. Under Campaigns → Campaigns you send somewhere else, pick the Salesforce Campaign and the mailbox, then press Start measuring it.
  4. Press Sync from the CRM to pull who it mailed. A large campaign may take more than one sync — the button says how many are left each time.

What's counted

Delivered is the CampaignMember rows Ervona has synced in so far. Replied is how many of those addresses sent a real reply to the connected mailbox. The rate is replied divided by delivered, so it only ever reflects what has actually synced — press Sync again on a growing campaign to keep the count current.

Common questions

Does this work with HubSpot? No. HubSpot has its own campaign and email-performance reporting; this feature is specifically for the two systems that don't (Salesforce Campaigns and Pardot, which shares Salesforce's Campaign object).

Does it change anything about the sequence? No. It only reads who was mailed and watches for replies. Nothing is sent, and nothing about the sequence in Salesforce or Pardot changes.

Why does it say "connect a persona mailbox" first? A reply has to land somewhere Ervona can actually see it. That's a mailbox connected under Mailboxes & texting, independent of which CRM you use — it's the other requirement, not a stand-in for the Salesforce one above.

Can I measure more than one campaign? Yes. Repeat the steps above for each Salesforce Campaign you want counted.
