When something's off
Nine times out of ten, the fix is the first one on this list. Still stuck after trying these? Email support@ervona.ai with a screenshot of the popup's Activity log. That usually gets a one-reply answer.
Buttons do nothing
Reload your CRM tab. The tab, not the extension. After Ervona updates itself, a CRM tab that was already open keeps running the old copy, so everything silently ignores you. Ervona notices and shows a red banner with a one-click Reload button. Or just press refresh on the CRM tab yourself.
The badge says "Not on CRM"
- No CRM tab is open anywhere → open your CRM first.
- Your CRM is open but the badge stays gray → reload that tab once. (The page loaded before Ervona did.)
- Badge says "In CRM · background tab" → all good. You're on another tab, and Ervona is steering your CRM tab from a distance.
The batch stopped on its own
- "Seat limit reached": your account signed in on more computers than your plan's seats. The oldest one pauses. One click takes the seat back. How seats work →
- "Reached the end of the list": it finished everything it could see. Use a split-view list so Ervona can keep walking down it.
- "Next record did not finish loading": slow connection or slow CRM. Press Start again; it picks up where it left off.
"Worked 10 records but sent 0"
That loud red alert means your CRM's layout changed and Ervona stopped rather than guess. Fix: ervona.ai/settings → CRM → click the × next to the affected record type, then run Map My CRM again on that page. 30 seconds.
It keeps asking me to map
- Make sure you're signed in. Mapping saves to your account. If a yellow banner says the account isn't receiving changes, sign in again.
- Mapped one CRM org and now you're in another? Every account works one org. Ervona will offer the switch (which erases the old org's mapping). Details →
No "Map texting" / "Map notes" card
Those cards only appear when the module is turned on (settings → CRM tab) and that record type isn't mapped yet. Already mapped = no card = working as intended. Use the × in settings to redo one.
Reports are empty
Reporting is off until you turn it on. Flip the switch at the top of ervona.ai/reports, then work a list. Only sends made while it's on get counted. More →
When in doubt, read the Activity log. Popup → Activity log. It narrates every record: what was clicked, what sent, what was skipped and exactly why. It's the truth.
